The GTC details the description of the services, users' rights and obligations, payment terms, disclaimers, methods of contract termination, and dispute resolution procedures. Please read this GTC carefully before using the service, as its acceptance is a prerequisite for service usage.

1booq is an online booking system that enables users to efficiently manage their appointments and customer relationships. The service aims to provide a simple and transparent platform for individual entrepreneurs and small-to-medium enterprises that require appointment scheduling.

- Customer Relationship Management: Store and manage customer data, including contact information and booking history, supporting personalized service.
- Notifications and Reminders: Automated email and SMS notifications for upcoming appointments, reducing no-shows and improving communication.
- Online Accessibility: Accessible through a web platform from any device with an internet connection, ensuring flexibility and mobility.

*Note*: 1booq is currently in test mode, so some features may be limited, and the service is free during the test period.
2. Payment Terms
Currently, 1booq operates in test mode, so the service is free of charge. Subscription fees may be introduced after the test period, and users will be notified in advance.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
1booq is currently in test mode; therefore, we do not accept liability for any potential damages arising from the use of the service, including those resulting from temporary outages or third-party issues.
4. Contract Termination
Registration can be terminated at any time via the user profile page.
5. User Obligations
Users agree to the following obligations when using the service:
Providing Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration and service use. Providing false or misleading information may result in exclusion from the service.
Proper Use of the System: Users must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and GTC provisions. Any misuse or unlawful use of the system is prohibited, including but not limited to:
- Uploading or distributing harmful software, viruses, or malicious content.
- Attempting to circumvent or compromise system security.
- Interfering with or disrupting the service.
Respect for Third-Party Rights: Users must refrain from activities infringing on the rights of other users or third parties, including intellectual property rights, personality rights, and data protection regulations.
Prohibition of Illegal or Offensive Content: Users may not share, transmit, or store content that is:
- Hateful, racist, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive.

6. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from or related to these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) or service use shall primarily be resolved amicably through negotiations between the parties. If negotiations fail, Hungarian law shall govern the dispute resolution. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian court based on the service provider's registered office. Users qualifying as consumers may seek legal recourse in the court of their residence, or access a local conciliation body.
