Can I use it without 1booq?
Yes, 1desq is a standalone app and works fully without 1booq. The account is shared: if you have a 1booq account, you sign in with the same one.
How does the free trial work?
After signing up, you can try 1desq's features for at least a month. There's no payment obligation during the trial.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. No card is needed to sign up or start the trial.
How does payment work after the trial?
At the end of the trial, you decide whether to continue. If you subscribe, you can pay the 1desq subscription fee through the same payment system used in 1booq.
How much does 1desq cost after the trial?
Your monthly fee depends on the modules you switch on: 100 credits (€10) base, plus 100 credits (€10) per module — 100 to 400 credits (€10–€40) in total. 1 credit = €0.10.
How are 1desq and 1booq related?
You use the two apps with the same account, and can connect them if you like. 1booq handles online booking, 1desq handles on-site operations. When a customer shows up, 1desq can automatically prepare the draft invoice, or deduct a visit from their pass.
