Single Point of Contact (Digital Services Act EU 2022/2065)

Communications are accepted by electronic means (email). Responses are provided within a reasonable time and in any event no later than required by applicable law.
Description of the Service
1booq is an online booking management platform that organises appointment scheduling between service providers (e.g. professional practices, tutors, sports facilities, trainers, hospitality venues, service businesses) and their clients. A detailed description of the Service is set out in the Terms of Service.

For cross-border consumer complaints, Consumers may contact the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net): https://www.eccnet.eu. The European Commission's former online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was decommissioned on 20 July 2025.
Limitation of Liability with Respect to Third-Party Service Providers
The Service Provider informs Users that independent service providers ("Providers") register on the Service with their own accounts and independently manage their clients' data in relation to their own appointments and sessions.
In accordance with the Digital Services Act (EU 2022/2065) Article 6 ("hosting service liability exemption"), and subject to its conditions, the Service Provider's liability is limited with respect to:
- the quality, performance, or professional standard of services advertised by Providers, their Workers, or other Users,
- the accuracy of published content, descriptions, images, or prices,
- the processing of their clients' personal data (in this context, the Provider acts as the Independent Data Controller),
- communications with their clients or any disputes arising therefrom.
The Service Provider acts on notices of illegal content promptly in accordance with the Notice and Action Mechanism described in Section 11.5 of the Terms of Service.
The Service is a technology platform that provides the technical infrastructure for booking management; however, the party actually delivering the service is always the Provider.
