Simple online table booking for smaller restaurants and cafés

Not a calendar but a table grid: which table is free when, and for how many. The reservation arrives online — not on the phone five minutes before you open.

Start for free

Sound familiar?

The phone rings before opening: is there a table for four at seven? One person writes it on a slip, another keeps it in their head. In the evening it turns out two reservations went to the same table.

The reservation book works while one person keeps it. It breaks down as soon as two shifts share it.

How it works

  1. 1

    Add your tables

Each table is set up separately with its seating capacity.

  2. 2

    Set your opening hours

When and for how long people can book. The free AI assistant can guide you through it.

  3. 3

    Share the link

Share your booking page where your guests look. A QR code goes by the door.

What does your guest see?

Your guest opens your booking link, picks a free time and gives the party size, then submits the reservation. They do not have to install an app or create an account. They get a confirmation and a reminder; with approval turned on, it reaches you as a request first.

What a restaurant or café gets

Table grid with party size

Each table a column, time down the rows. You see which table is booked when and for how many.

Online booking outside opening hours

Your guest can book a table for Saturday at ten in the evening.

Phone reservations you enter yourself

Guests who prefer to call still can; you simply add the reservation manually and the grid stays complete.

Approve before it becomes a reservation

You can turn on approval so every reservation reaches you as a request first.

Several venues

If you have more than one place, each is its own location with its own tables and opening hours.

Automatic reminders

Your guest gets a reminder before the reservation — by email, and as a notification too if they have the app.

Simple on mobile

You manage your bookings in the app — your clients don't have to install anything

Manage your bookings from anywhere, while your clients book whichever way suits them: in the app or in the browser, even without an account.

For you

A new booking? You're notified right away. Reach your calendar from anywhere, manage appointments, and message your clients — from your phone.

For your clients

In the app they follow all their appointments in one place and get reminders. And if they'd rather not install it, they can book on your booking page in the browser — even without an account.
